I received my new 27" iMac yesterday but.... when airport is turned on and it tries to connect to my network the iMac crashes. The router works for my G5 and my MacBookPro - and for various other machines that use the same network.

I have deleted the hard drive and reinstalled the OS from the Disks provided - but still the same issue.

I can use it with ethernet - but has anyone any suggestions - before I start using it as my main machine?
Thanks

If it's brand new, take it back to Apple. There's obviously something wrong with it. You shouldn't have such issues with a brand new machine.

Airport card was not installed properly - so they AppleStore will pick it up and replace it.
