What is NO/J - a Mac OS X native version of OpenOffice.org
What's new in this version:
Drag and drop support
MacOS X menus in the menubar
Based on the OOo 1.1.3 code base
Mouse scrollwheel support
and more.
What isn't in this version:
An aqua interface. It isn't going to happen for a while yet. However, there are alternative icon sets that you can use and a few other things you can do to get it looking better than it does:

Well, there are new icons that come automatically with the 1.1 beta for the app and its documents.
To change menu configs and colors to be more mac-like, see here.
If you want to change the actual icons within the application, there are a few icon sets and instructions available on the forums.
Hope this helps,
W

The floating Stylist window doesn't seem to be always in the foreground (as in the X11 or Windows OOo), in NeoOffice/J; the menus in the Mac menu bar also tend to disappear and reappear, thus, when one toggles between the main document window and the Stylist: strange bug...

I'll definitely be using this when it gets an aqua-interface.
