Haven't tested this yet, but found it in a Google search:

To access the cursors in a CursorXP theme, the Mac user needs to drag the CursorXPTheme file to Stuffit Expander. This will produce a folder containing the cursors in the expanded theme. Then the Mac user just drags this folder to the Mighty Mouse Preference Pane, and the Arrow, IBeam, NO and Wait cursors are imported into Mighty Mouse automatically. Works like a charm.

thanks. i'll try that out right now and post back

edit:
it did make a folder like that said, but...it doesn't drag and drop into MM like it says, so i'm still without an Alienware cursor.

It's got its version number set to something weird and low. I got it to import by doing the following:
  • Download it
  • Unzip the download, resulting in a folder named "X-Alien"
  • Use Stuffit Expander to expand the file named "X-Alien White.CurXPTheme". The result is a folder named "X-Alien White.CurXPTheme Folder".
  • In that folder, open the file named "Scheme.ini" in TextEdit
  • Change the line that says "Version=001" to "Version=115" and save.
  • Drag the folder named "X-Alien White.CurXPTheme Folder" into Mighty Mouse.
