So I went to Comp USA tonight to pick up another video card so I could hook up two monitors. The guy there told me to get a Radeon 7000 non-mac verison because they didn't have the mac version. He said it would work the same if I downloaded the driver from the ATI site. This didn't sound right...will it work? Also, will I run into trouble if I have two different types/brands of video cards?

I am 99% sure that absolutely WILL NOT WORK and that that guy is completely full of ****. As for conflicts, I have a GeForce 4 MX and a PCI ATi 700 in my G4, and use 3 monitors, and it works excellently.
