Does anyone know how Version Tracker Pro Works? I have been thinking about signing up for their software update service but I'm curious to know if they provide software that automatically checks for updates?

Eh, you get some extras, but mostly you get what VT was before they started charging.
use Macupdate.

I've heard their software isn't very good (haven't tried it myself), but I'm happy with the email notifications with VersionTracker Plus.
