Get your predictions in!

After last year’s 41 point travesty there’s nowhere but up to go for the Pats defense, conversely the Rams defense is loaded with skill and has underperformed all year. I think this will be a low-scoring affair for most of the game with a flash of offense from both sides in the 4th. Ultimately I’m picking the Pats (duh) to win 27-24 on a last second 50 yard field goal.

No one will be happy with it, for a variety of reasons.

What a defensive effort from the Patriots, this might be one of Belichick’s finest moments. Edelman going 10 catches for 141 yards didn’t hurt. Brady was able ride the young RB Sony Michel just enough to make some plays happen downfield and it was the difference in a 13-3 game.

As expected it was a nail-biter, but I can’t help but think of what the Saints might have done had they not been robbed of their chance?

Perhaps, in the future, we should have two Superbowls.

One for NE, and one for the rest of the NFL.
The former could replace the Pro Bowl
