I am working on a 15MB excel file but everytime I try to save it crashes with an unexpectedly quit error message. Would the size of the file be causing the crash? This file contains macros from my Wintel machine at work, would this cause the crash on my Mac?
I've tried this on both my machines and both crash. G4 867/1Gig RAM - G4iMac 384RAM.
TIA

The size should not be a problem - I routinely work with much larger Excel files. However, if your home directory is on a partition other than the one your Applications are on, MS Office macros will crash the Office applications.
Does this describe your situation?

Have you installed all the Office updates from MS? Check the privileges for the file.
