Looking for an app that'll allow me to queue up songs while the current song is still playing.

It's called on-the-go playlists.
You can edit them on the iPhone/touch as they're playing.

Closer to what iTunes DJ is. Let me select a playlist and shuffle the songs from within it, with the ability to choose the next upcoming song via a "play next" option.
