Esoteric Christianity, look into it. Also, she could be wearing a cross for other reasons, who knows? Maybe it was a gift, or she thinks it's pretty.

I've met many Japanese women who wear the cross purely as a decoration. It is meaningless to some.

Madonna's alright in my book. If anybody has earned the right to do whatever the hell she wants to do it's her. And if she fancies herself a bit of arm candy, that's ok with me too.

While I agree with that, her obligation to create a stable environment (preferably without too many one-week boyfriends and marriages) for her children is no less than any other mother’s. I can’t say I’ve been following her recent life, so I don’t know whether she actually does a good job of this or not (until I read the OP in this thread, for instance, I didn’t know she and Guy Ritchie had divorced); but like everyone else, she should.
