Hi all, I am seriously considering selling my beloved Powermac. Here are the specs:

Powermac Dual 2.0 (Rev. B model with 8 RAM slots and PCI-x)
4.5GB RAM (2x256, 4x1GB)
74GB Western Digital Raptor 10,000 RPM Hard Drive (used as Boot Drive)
500GB 16MB Western Digital Hard Drive
2x250GB Maxtor 16MB Harddrive
Sonnet xTempo 4x4 PCI-x RAID Controller card
TransIntl Swift Data 200 kit (to hook up extra interal drives in the case)
Dual-layer Pioneer DVD/RW 16x
Airport Extreme
Bluetooth
GeForce FX 5200

All original discs and packaging included...Includes iLife '05
Used mainly for audio production, performed like a champ!

Current market value for everything right now would be $3,100...I'm asking $2,500 shipped.

I also have 2 Dell 2005FP 20-inch widescreen monitors that I would be willing to sell as well, if interested. Asking $325 each.

All items in immaculate condition. A serious machine for a serious user.
The system is still eligible for Applecare until May 19th.

Once again:
4.5GB RAM (2x512, 4x1GB)
How do you figure, 512x2=1gb and 4x1=4gb 4gb+1gb=5gb.

typo I changed it on my second post. I meant to say 2x256 for a 512 total, not 2x512.
Thanks for finding that. Of course, I was under quoting myself out of 512MB if it were accurate.

So to clarify, there is a total of 4.5GB RAM (2x256, 4x1GB)

bump.

Just to clarify, it is eligible to purchase Applecare until May 19th (this would be my 1 year from purchase date). This would give it the additional support for the next upcoming years. Some had it confused, thinking that applecare expired on may 19th.

price drop. $2,500
Also, I would be willing to piece this out, if you do not need the hard drives, SATA controller, or memory, etc. We could spec it to whatever would fit your needs.
