I have a student loan that I am trying to manage. what I need is a calculator that will display the standard stuff like: amount left, interest etc. But ALSO, allow me to to recalculate the numbers if I were to pay a little extra just ONE month. I am currently using an app called loan calc but unfortunately it does not allow me to recalculate the loan if I pay more some months...

I don't think this one lets you automatically figure in an extra payment but it's nice regardless.

I like Debtinator. I think it automatically tracks various repayment schedules; you can download an account-limited version and see if you like it.

How about using your head?

That's quite a good calculating machine, if you keep it well oiled.

And keeps you aware of anything unhealthy for your finances even when you dared to go out without your laptop.
