I lost a Logitech bluetooth headset, as you say, too small, who knows where it went.

That's why I ended up with a Cardo Scala 500 headset. It has this ingenious little eye-hook that slots into the charging-plug hole on the headset: The eye-hook is connected to a lanyard that you wear around your neck (or that you hang wherever you want, on your backpack, briefcase, whatever) and that makes it a lot harder to lose. Works great, and has wonderful wind-muffling built-in.

Ditto, sorry to hear you lost it.
New idea for Apple Bluetooth headset:
~When paired with an iPhone it provides GPS within Google Maps application.

I love the GPS idea!!!
Somehow long before Apple finally released its headset just looking at the picture I wondered how long it would hang before someone would loose it. After all the earpiece has basically the same shape as the standard iPod/iPhone earphones which never stay in.
6 hours is lot less I was giving it. Anyway there are two options: earloop (not existing for that model so it would have to be improvised) or Jabra EarGels which I use successfully with Jawbone. I think spending $7.00 would be worth to protect that $130 cool looking investment.
