Every time I download anything from the iTunes Store (usually about once per week to update iPhone apps) it asks me for my password even though I mark the checkbox to remember my password for future downloads.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thank you.

Me too. This is annoying. Must be a keychain issue.

Go into Keychain Access in the Utilities folder and type itunes in the search field. Delete the key. Quit and restart iTunes. You should have to enter the info one more time, but then it should be remembered with a new key.

Yes. In retrospect, I see that this question pertained to the Mac version of the iTunes Store.

I finally got around to trying this. Unfortunately, it did not seem to fix the issue.
In fact, I created a whole new keychain, but that didn't work either.
