Is there a way that I can write an AppleScript or shell script to logout the current user from the console? I would like to be able to ssh into my system from somewhere else and invoke a script to log the current user out. While I'm at it, is there any way to do that for people who are shelled in? In other words, if I ssh in and realize that there are ssh sessions which look suspicious can I forcibly log them out?

To forcibly log someone out of the GUI, kill loginwindow. To forcibly kill their ssh session or whatever, just kill their shell.
