When I install the developer tools, everything works fine on OS X 10.0.3, but whenever I install it on OS X 10.1, ProjectBuilder does not open. I double click its icon and it almost appears in the dock but then disappears. The same with JavaBrowser, every single time. And only on 10.1. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

One more thing, how do I turn off the computer's chime ever time I start it up? It's pretty annoying when it's late at night and I'm trying to be very quiet.

I'm using an iBook 500 MHz

Thanks for any help

Did you upgrade to 10.1.1?

That's a good point. I only have 10.1 and also the old devtools cd. I'll upgrade and see what happens.
