iPhone Not Working: (help needed)

I finally got my iPhone and my iPhone seems to be locked onto the default screen. I am also having difficulty with my iPhone communicating with my AirPort Extreme and iMac (core duo).
I just paid $15 for my Hello! Kitty iPhone sticker/protector set and I really want this iPhone to work.

True: But my paper iPhone has the AT&T upgrade logo (Instead of Cingular) directly from BuyMeAn-iPhone. I was gonna hold out for the pink iPhone, but that could take weeks.
