It's been a while since I posted here, but I thought I'd pop in and see what's changed or not.

Yep, downinflames68 went up in flames.

We never got to see him sinking his boat, either.

Yup... The highlight of that for me was Doofy telling Big Mac that he went to Satin school on account of his religious beliefs.

It may have been something, but it wasn't a "battle royale". If it was a battle royale, everyone would be dead. Except me.

Models. Lots of them. You need them for the fittings, see.

GIS is getting worse. On page 7 of "crushed velvet dress" with the safesearch on moderate, there's a big old fat dildo.

MacNN is past its peak. Readership is down. These days people use facebook instead

I've long figured the 6,340 came during a MacWorld. Right before vB crashed. We've never had that kind of traffic on a normal day.

Was that one of the last Macworld NYs? The biggest news in June 2004 was the introduction of the Rev. B G5s.

Yeah, its definitely a lot quieter here then when I first arrived. There's certainly some things the owners of 'NN could do to help drive traffic to 'NN but that's really a thread for the feedback forum.

My point is that I've been here long enough to see the ebb and flow of this place. Its a nice forum and while I belong to other places this has a personality that's less stuck up and also is not full of fanboys.

June 20th 2004, btw, was the Sunday after Apple opened the iTunes Music Store in France, Germany, and the UK.
