Audio chat iChat amd AIM 5.5

No firewall, no NAT, my green telephone icon is ON ... the other persion can audio chat on msn/yahoo with no problems, but can't get audio to work between his AIM 5.5 and my iChat 2.1.
I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

I'm having difficulties Video chatting with my friend, but I know it's on his end. Very frustrating.

we did an audio chat and we could talk just fine, i could hear him he could hear me. i guess the problem is on the windows side
