Does anyone know of a program that can find and delete duplicate songs out of iTunes?

Have you tried iTunes' built in feature to detect duplicate songs? It is in the iTunes' Edit menu as "Show Duplicate Songs."

Yeah - just keep in mind it takes the song title and the artist title, and compares those. This means you might have some duplicate songs come up when they are infact not - escepeically with live songs. You still have to go though and delete them manually. This is probably a good thing - I like to have to final say over what stays in my iTunes Library, instead of iTunes itself.

I have a few songs that are duplicates in name and artist, but are NOT the same cut: they are different performances from different albums. Take it from me, just having iTunes tell you what's got duplicate name and artist tags is almost always enough to let YOU decide what to do with the songs.
