Will the iPhone automatically adjust for DST?

I have a 6:45am flight tomorrow morning and I use my iPhone as my primary alarm. I'm a bit nervous about daylight savings time. Should I just turn off automatic time adjustment and set it back myself tonight?

Why wouldn't it?
Even the $100 Nokias in 2000 could do that.

It'll do it just fine as it'll adjust to either your computer or the network.

Yes it will adjust, unless for some reason AT&T's network doesn't.

AT&T's network DOES adjust for DST. And the iPhone's OS probably knows about it too.

Whether it was the OS or the network, my iPhone was on the correct time this morning. If I had been thinking of it, I'd have put it in airplane mode to see if it would change without any network help.

It probably wouldn't have changed times in airplane mode, as the time comes from the AT&T network. That's why the clock changes automatically when you cross time zones.

Good thing I didn't have to set my cell phone alarm this morning. I use Sprint and my phone did NOT adjust. It was an hour ahead when I woke up naturally this morning.
No surprise. Sprint is circling the drain.

Sometimes you have to turn the phone off and then turn it on again for it to adjust.

Yeah, that's what I had to do. Other times I've seen it adjust perfectly fine when driving across time zones.

My iPhone adjusted automatically. I look at it and it says "2:32", so I think, "Time to sleep!". I look at it moments later and it says "1:40". So yeah, it adjusted.

Not true. My iPhone adjusted for DST correctly without having to restart.
