I saw this somewhere else, it might even have been the same site from the looks of it. It sounded kind of like a made up story in the original posting and comments.

Supposedly, he was homeless and slept at Kinko's when Starbucks was closed. He helped customers with computer stuff at Kinko's for free, so they didn't mind. He pushed around all the stuff in a big cart. He was always searching online dating sites at Starbucks. Some nice lady gave him money for a bus ticket home, and he bought an LCD and more RAM for his computer. He had some psychiatric problems and liked fat chicks. Moved north somewhere to meet one of his online girls.

Sorry, that's all I can remember.

I didn't know Starbucks was socially committed.

"Corey has been homeless in New York City for the past three and a half months. [] No permission from Starbucks either. He just walked in one day a few weeks ago and plugged in. 'They looked at me strange at first, but then started asking me questions. Now they give me leftover food at the end of the night.'"

I have no idea about the background of this man. That's sad.

He doesn't seem to be a touch typist, though...

I hope he gets help-both with the touch typing and of course with the psychological issues.
