Duuuude, Up in Smoke. The rest don't count, really.

But as far as films to watch stoned, I'd vote for the South Park film. Anyway that's how I saw it and it was a religious experience.

I was stoned as hell and I only found Kumar funny at 2 points:

1) Where he imagines his life with the giant bag of pot.

2) I can't remember.

Up In Smoke

Nothing comes close. Not as good as their albums, but it's their most consistent movie.

"You wanna get high?"

"Does Howdy Doody got wooden balls, man?"

etc.

One of the funniest bits ever.

Is this a poll for movies that feature pot in them or to watch while stoned?? If it's the later, none of those in the poll fit the bill.

1) Terry Gilliam movies (Fear and Loathing, Brazil, Baron Munchausen)
3) Any of the Williams Street cartoons (not movies, but oh, so good to watch)
4) Fritz the Cat
5) Beavis and Butt-head (episodes and movie)
6) Most Tim Burton movies

I know I have more - I just forgot them. I actually have a shelf in Delicious Library dedicated to good films to see while baked.

I'm old enough to have seen the Cheech and Chong movies when they first came out and they were as horrid then as they are now. They're stupid - and not in a "good way". Total buzz kill for me.

So Cheech and Chong are "horrid" and "stupid" yet Beavis and Butthead are great...

Well, must be my sense of humor. I haven't laughed once at C&C, whereas, B&B almost always has me in stitches. I do like Tommy Chong's solo stuff, tho.

Oh. And yes I am!

I saw that movie on shrooms so it is a bit of a blur.

For me I prefer more visually trippy movies and not watching other white people high on TV.

How can this thread go so long without one mention of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey? Creative, and equally funny--and by equally funny, I mean funny, not not funny--to pot junkies and straight people alike.

Thank you! For a movie where my name is shamelessly stolen, it was not even that great. Up in Smoke is by far the best stoner movie out there.

I'd like to add Go! to the list. It's what you'd get if you cross a modern day Dazed and Confused with Pulp Fiction.
