Why do they always have to get in my way? The kids just take so long loading and unloading and it is mostly becuase they are screwing around. Also my school bus is broken so if anyone knows where I can get it fixed let me know.

Get a Hummer and run them over...both the kids and the bus.

Good thought. I'm already getting 2 mpg so fuel conservation isn't on my list of important things.

Screw conservation... the faster we run out, the sooner we shift to alt fuels.

Save the environment - drive an SUV !

I'm actually looking at a 4X4 1 ton truck. It does suck fuel but I would actually be using it for its intent, hauling (probably dragging my bus around the US). SUVs do have higher rollover rates but they have uses. It is too bad every soccer mom thinks they need these to stay safe when all they are doing is putting themselves and others at a higher risk of injury. They aren't that great on the environment but the hybrids aren't either with all the crap it takes to make them. I don't get the whole hybrid thing when it takes more energy to make them then any other vehicle on the road today. I thought the whole thing was to use less energy.

Rob: it seems like you would get in everybody's good graces if you started fixing broken down school busses in here.

I've always thought it might be cool to get an old school bus, turn it into a convertible, paint it with zebra stripes, put a hot tub in the back, and parade around town.

Does anyone remember the movie Camp Nowhere? The main character turned a schoolbus into his room. Seemed cool as a little kid.

How about Ernest Goes to Camp? They build a badass schoolbus in that movie.

Earnest Goes to Camp was one of the best movies ever made.

They should put rudders in school busses so that they can also be boats.

I did get my bus running the other day but it died on the interstate and caused a pileup.
