Pandora is a music discovery service designed to help you find and enjoy music that you'll love. It's powered by the Music Genome Project, the most comprehensive analysis of music ever undertaken. Just tell us one of your favorite songs or artists and we'll launch a streaming station to explore that part of the music universe.
This thing is so cool

Yeah, I played with it for a bit but then moved on. It wasn't really working for me. Others have reported otherwise, so YMMV.

I was suprised how well it did as I started with a pretty obscure band. It basically started playing my iTunes library!

Meh. Doesn't do much with non-US music. In fact, the search box only supports roman characters.

Indeed. No chance for international artists

Is this the same technology as used in iTunes? That's pretty good too, I bought 12 songs it recommended me first time I tried it. And I'm pretty picky.

Interesting to say the least! I did notice it generally shifts into "easy listening" mode. Perhaps that changes after 10+ songs.
