Ok, so Apple seems to love calling this release Jaguar and not 10.2 or 10.5 or whatever. maybe they've just solved the problem of 'what will you call it after 10.9.9?' by removing these version numbers and giving each release a name (like *gasp* 'Windows Me' for example!).

Perhaps now each release will be named after a cat e.g. Mac OS X - panther etc. and when they run out of cats...who knows?
LC 16Mhz • LC 475 25Mhz • Centris 650 25Mhz • Performa 6200/75Mhz • G3 266Mhz • Snow iMac DVSE 500Mhz
G4 QS 733Mhz • 17" Powerbook 1.33Ghz • 15" MacBook Pro Core Duo 2.16Ghz • Mac Pro 8-Core 3.0 Ghz

That's nice. Go around posting "Who cares" to people's questions and topics??? If you don't care don't read or respond. Sheesh!

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

Note that they're not calling it Address Book 2.0, just a new version of Address Book.

I think Apple really knows that this version is hella fast with this Extreme Quartz, so I bet they're using the word "Jaguar" to get people thinking "Hey, I want to get this upgrade, it's going to make my computer go super zoomy!"

There's a new one, zoomy.

This is the 3rd or 4th thread with the same topic. The others aren't on page one anymore, but if you need to continue to talk about this, please use one of the older ones.
