As a father of a 22 month old daughter and another on the way in a month I feel I am highly qualifies to answer this burning, life altering, all encompasing, inquiry.

Pampers. They let the goo and the liquid leak out the least.

"That said"... we buy Meijer (local store in Michigan) brand diapers for the day and Pampers for the night. Meijer diapers are about 40% cheaper, but they don't fit as good.

Gald I could help.

Oh yea, Luvs suck worse than a hoover. LEAKERS!

Don't have children so never purchased any diapers. Definitely improved from when my mother used the cloth ones.

You spelled favorite in Queen's english, so diaper should be a "nappy".

What he said. Pampers are battle-tested by my 9-month old.

We got all sorts of brands as shower gifts and have been testing them for the last month or so as our son is almost 4 weeks old. I would say Pampers come in way ahead. Huggies are also not too bad but I'm not too crazy about the way they made the fastening tabs.

I didn't even try luvs after hearing all the horror stories.

I didn't think they used diapers in Canada? Do they sell them up there?
