picked mine up this morning at the expo in Islington.

Everything I've read about the pacakaging is true - it's gorgeous. Won't be able to actually use it 'til I get home tonight.

Apple were taking orders at their stand for delivery "soon".

I got mine at the Macline/Cancom stand.

Seemed like they were having a little trouble coping with demand. Lots of people waiting patiently in line. Took about 15 mins after I'd paid to actually lay my hands on it...

w00t! I have just picked mine up from the AppleCentre Edinburgh (if you are reading this guys, thanks for holding it!).

It is AMAZING. I was over at my girlfriends, and all her girly friends were like "wow, that is sooou cool. Anyway, where is the purple nail varnish?..."

It is quite clear that the design of the poweradaptor was for the US market. They get a nice 2 pin plug adaptor, and we get a fecking meter long hifi cord. Nevermind.

One very happy chappy today
