The USB connector of my mouse hit my screen when I was packing up. It left a dent that's really quite annoying. I'd rather have a normal dead pixel than that dent showing all the colors of the rainbow

This is one of the bad things about LCD's. CRTs aren't that sensitive. I'm guessing it's happened before, so has anyone tried fixing stuff like this? I scraped the bits of plastic around the dent. I guess I could get it better if you could fill the dent with some clear resin, etc.

Probably it'd be safer to keep it the way it is, but just interested... anyone tried fixing?

Or should I just sue Logitech for manufacturing mice that harm LCD screens?
