This stuff gets on my nerves a bit:

Just now, we get the cleanup. This facility did a ton of mail processing for central Jersey. Since it's closing, it's said to be the reason why Mothers Day, and Christmas is so slow for getting mail... bottleneck in whatever place is compensating. As a result, some mail tends to come a bit late around the high points for some communities in central Jersey, whose mail isn't being diverted to a facility who can handle it easily.
It's in an area that in the past 15 years has had a rediculus amount of growth. Utilities are struggling to manage as is. That 1 facility being closed means massive overload for the rest. With that facility means tough times.
Not to mention I know some of the residents around the facility have been a bit concerned about the possibility of contamination if someone/thing breaches the seal (know a few people from the imediate area). At least now their fears will be at ease.
Drives me nuts that they can't deal with this stuff any quicker.
Note, part of my frustration isn't this particular situation, but many situations in which government departments are taking way to much time to deal with things that need to be done sooner than later.
Just had to vent. It's getting on my nerves that even a bio-hazard takes years of politics and bickering on party lines..
