Not really a dup. Both about Gitmo... but very different.
What's interesting is that this letter matches what other international monitors and the media have been suggesting. The Red Cross has also been speaking about abuse going on there.
But then again, unless your american, your not considered a human being.... or at least that's how the White House wants it to be.
