received the Acard 6260M ATA66 card friday. installed card, driver and FWB in my PM8500 to get a Maxtor 20.5 GB 7200 RPM drive up and running. Total cost $315.00US this baby flies. VERY impressed with results. Norton system info and MacBench both show the drive to be considerably faster than the SCSI barracuda i retired
