Here's an article about IE 5.5 for Windows and how it doesn't live up to MS's promise of web standard compliance, like IE 5.0 Mac supposedly does.

At the end, it says that MS has caused a division in the web community. They can choose to design for Mac or for Windows, but designing for both will be getting more difficult if IE 5.5 Windows is released the way it is now.
