What's the best place for seafood?

Going to be up there all weekend. Where do we eat?

Well, most people have nothing but praise to heap upon Legal Seafoods. Having just moved here about 6 months ago though, I haven't tried it yet so I can't comment.

I've also heard good things about the Union Oyster House, if you want something a little more low key. The Barking Crab gets it's fair share of recommendations too.

Legals can be hit or miss, if you are picky about seafood, then maybe regals isnt the best place. if you like decent seafood, and arn't picky, then regals it is. do NOT go to nang lings on mass ave though. terrible place. if you want a thai place that serves seafood, try bangkok kitchen(city?) on mass ave, right by berklee. great place, and the prices are decent. other then that, i dunno.

I suggest Grasshopper in Allston or Veggie Planet in Harvard Square.

You might want to rephrase that ultimatum, or else you're going to get very very hungry.

Legal Seafood is in other cities as well (like DC), so I'm not sure if I would suggest it as "the" place to go if you are visiting Boston and want seafood.

Let's see. Don't bother with Legal's as they're painfully expensive and not all that good - Skipjacks is a better object.

Hm... if you want Thai seafood... Dok Bua on Harvard Ave in Brookline is the best around

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

We ended up eating dinner Saturday night at McCormick & Schmidts... I would highly recommend it, it was awesome!! (It's right in Quincy Market) Yum-o! We had lunch at Legal Seafood down by the Aquarium today (Sunday) and it was good, crabcakes were probably the best I've ever had.

Legal is consistent, but it's not great.

Union Oyster House is another good one.

same for the aquarium, got there by 9:30, easy-peasy... but on the way out, that's another story, the line was around the block!!!

That was one of the reasons you went, wasn't it? to see the Apple ][ computer?
Come on, you can admit it. You know you want to.

I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Cool pic!

we're going to the museum tomorrow. Not worried about tickets (have the membership thing) but parking could be a PITA.
