I haven't used it because the dislike  button is missing. It lacks symmetry and looks like a broken feature.

The other annoying thing is, you don't get any type of notification. If you don't notice by seeing your old post, you'll never know (unless this is a setting I don't know about).

The mp3car forums had a kind of reputation system, a few frequent posters started a "rep club" and did nothing but "like" each other's posts all day. In addition to that, the more rep someone has, the more weight each of his or her votes carries, so it ballooned until the reputation meant nothing because a few people had massive reps.
