I'm using 10.11.3 on my iMac 24" about 8 years old. When waking up, starting up, or restarting, a message appears from Google saying someone tired to launch Gmail from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards. My OS is up to date. Might my iMac be getting too old? Is there a Gmail application I can install allowing me to drag an icon to my dock that launched Gmail directly rather than having to go through Google on my search engine?

Thanks!
