Video on a iPod Photo?

Hi has anyone tried to hack an iPod photo to beable to run video and VOD casts on it?
Or is its architecture not equiped for it?

It doesn't have the video processor chip need to do this.

Oh yes it does..
But strictly speaking.. no you can't play video's on an iPod photo. The hardware is capable for sure, but the software is not. There is a hack which will allow it to play video's, but it requires that you install Nerdux (linux) onto it, amongst other things. By which time, its not exactly an iPod anymore..

Nowone have tried to put the software from the 5th gen on the iPod Photo?
Is the id of the device stop you from doing it or is the hardware not compare able
