Arrrggh!

Barely three weeks since I got my baby, an ibook 900mhz with combo drive and the cd player conks out! I called Apple like a good customer and politely asked for advice. After trying out a few things via phone tech, the Apple techie tells me I have to send in my ibook for servicing. AAAARRGGHHH!!!! Now it'll be weeks without my baby and that's just painful! Has anyone encountered the same prob? How long did servicing from Apple take?

you're so obssessed that you're becoming a bore! oh no...

Usually repairs only take a few days, so I wouldn't get too worked up over it. I had my whole logic board replaced and it was less than 3 days from ship to return.

It's tough, but I think you can make it. Pretend you're camping or something.

Don't let material things rule your time. Go to the movies, have fun with friends or something.

At least it broke inside your warranty period.

It'll probably be less than a week. Go to the library and use theirs in the meantime.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.
