I need to host a single HTML page for a personal use. Its nothing extravagant and wouldn't require a great deal of monthly bandwidth. It would however have to be a domain i select and not myname.somewebhost.com

What are the least expensive options out there currently..

I always suggest A Small Orange for good, reliable and cheap hosting. Though I just noticed that their smallest shared hosting plan is now $35/year. Used to be $25/year.

I like dreamhost, but it's not the cheapest. Friendliest, yes.
