I got the NetGear RP614V2

It works great I configured port forwarding to work for AIM and my web sharing and so on. Stupid MSN Messenger however wont let me send or receive and its pissing me off a lot. I configured port numbers from start to end 6891 to 6900 i believe

What should I do

I do printer sharing and a lot of stuff on this LAN between my PB and my iMac.

I found that sometime MSN messenger works with 95% of the people I send it to and then an odd person doesn't work. Did you try it with more then one person?
