I'm having a horrible time trying to get Java for Mac OS X (through Microsoft Internet Explorer) to work properly with the Outlook Web Access component of a Microsoft Exchange 5.5 server.

Specifically, when trying to use the calendar, the right side of the window is supposed to show the current month, the next month, and highlight the current date. All I actually get is a warning in the status area of the IE window which states: "applet not initialized."

Without this calendar navigation section, it is impossible to navigate from one day to another, etc. This, obviously, makes the calendar useless.

Has anybody else seen this? And hopefully have a fix, a workaround, or something else?

Thanks!
