Not a particularly clean release, code-wise, but it appears to work. Should work on 10.2.3, too, for any of you who are using it, although the new widgets will remain Aqua.

Get it here and tell me if it works.

TC parses themes in ~/Library/Themes

( where ~ is the path to your user dir)

( if my user name is jolivierld, then the path will be /Users/jolivierld/Library/Themes )

A good thing would be to read the readme file before posting "noob questions". But it's all good don't worry

After updating to Mac OS X 10.2.3, and using Milk as my theme, I've lost some elements.

For example, AddressBook doesn't have Minimize, Zoom, Close. Same goes for iChat!!!

HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

Download Pacifist

Download OS X 10.2.3 Upgrade File

Open 10.2.3 in Pacifist

Expand folder in this directory (i'm listing it from what I remembered):
System>Frameworks>Carbon>Version A>HIToolbox>Extras.rsrc

Install it from Pacifist

Logout then Relogin

That's it! Your widgets are back!

Evidently you didn't install it with ThemeChanger v12 or higher.

Doesn't work if you install it over a non-10.2.3 Extras in v12. v13 is a bit better, on its way rsn

Hmm... Hazarding a guess, ~/Library/Themes is either a symbolic link to /Library/Themes, or you moved /Library/Themes to ~/Library/Themes. Duality creates some borked files starting with ., we should probably ignore them. In the meantime, complain to Colin to fix his app

I just tried it for the first time with water colour. Only problem is when I try to unlock it it does nothing; I can just click that little button forever and nothing happens.

I'm logged in as root.

For some reason Watercolor isn't working with ThemeChanger, although I can authenticate finer when I click switch it just shows the progress bar forever and never finishes. Or is that what your is doing too? I meant to have a look at the themscript to tryo tdiagnose but havent had a chance yet.

Swiz, that happened to me except I left it on for like ten minutes and it eventually finished.
