According to my phpinfo() fuction that is where my php.ini is supposed to be. It is not there however. I also talked with a couple of other people who cannot find this file on their 10.1 systems.

Do you think you could post yours?

The version of php that comes with OS X looks for /usr/lib/php.ini

This had me going for about 2 hours when i upgraded to 10.1 yesterday. There is no default php.ini file there however, so just make one. I finally figured that out, moved my /usr/local/lib/php.ini and everything was unbroken.
