Every so often Illustrator and Photoshop decide they won't work for me. I am unable to open or save files out of either application. Occasionally it's just PS that has the issue and not AI but in this case it is both. I can still use Indesign without issue. This problem seems to come out of nowhere, I was using everything just fine yesterday. Today the same exact project and no go.So far I have done the following steps:
- trashed illustrator prefs
- done fsck on startup
- tried opening files from local drive and server
- quit suitcase
I am at my wits end with this. I am getting closer everyday to quitting the graphics world and starting a hot dog stand.
