Found a great tutorial site that covers everything, apache, email servers, fileservers etc, even web design.

I haven't read it all but it covers getting a domain, setting up a server, and building a web site. It also includes other goody's such as backing up your drive. It is mostly about the mac mini but the software info will work on any mac.
