3-year-old chain-smoker worries doctors with habit

A 3-year-old boy from Tianjin became a chain smoker by smoking as much as a pack of cigarettes per day.

He got into the bad habit months ago by imitating an adult smoker living next to his family, who then gave him a cigarette just for fun.

If he does not give it up, he will become addicted to tobacco psychologically, a doctor warned.

and this is one reason why they pulled all the smoking cowboy (and i think camel) marbolo (spelling) ads. this kid started due to imitation, and now look what has happened

He needs to be more emotional, reactionary and insulting. I think those are key elements to the formula. For example, in this thread, something like "OMG HOW COULD HIS PARENTS GIVE HIM A CIGARETTE? THEY SHOULD BE KILLED ON SIGHT"
