When I started with Seti I completed 3 units in 21 hours, late on I noticed that one unit took 12 hours and the one I am almost dome with took over 21 hours. My Machine certainly has not gotten slower so all I can figure is that each Seti packet contains a different amount of data?

never will each unit be the same, never have been and never will...

each unit represents signals taken from a different part of the sky, so to speak... think about it
