omit theme on certain apps?

is there a way i could omit a theme from certain applications. im using a shapeshifter theme called 'stomp 1.2' right now and itunes really looks like garbage, id like to get itunes looking like it normally does in reg ol aqua, is this possible?

pardon the noobish question, i just got into customization.

You may want to download Stomp1.3 instead. It has just been updated.
