After Christmas and New year's Day, many friends and I have took lots of photos.
How about share them with friends?
Create flash slideshow and share it online maybe the best way.
But how to turn my photos into flash slideshow? I don't know flash skills.
Are there any small tool very easy-to-use?

Why not just use a Flickr site? Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing
if you have Adobe Photoshop Lightroom it has a template you can use to upload a flash slideshow. But Flickr is probably your best bet and cheapest (free) way.

use iPhoto to make a slideshow movie and upload that via youtube or photobucket.
upload them to snapfish or kodak or photobucket, who also have a slideshow feature.

If you have Keynote, that can do it as well.
