Medium coffee, every day. I already drink lots of water anyway: I found that way back in first year of Uni that if I was sitting at my desk reading or studying, I'd get thirsty. I think it just became habit after that.

I do have a special place in hell reserved for everyone who thinks that the cure to everything is to "drink 8 glasses of water a day." Carpel Tunnel? Need to lose weight? Lung cancer? I'd like to meet the idiot who came up with the 8 number too: I have a feeling he owns stock in Poland Spring.

The best basic advice you can give anyone. I followed that 2 years ago and it helped tremendously.

I fill this golden goblet (/me points to shiny gold cup w/ inlaid mother of pearl) with the blood of a freshly sacrificed virgin every day, and drink it when the sun is at its apex. This, I believe, will keep away demons that would plague my mind, making me believe that right is wrong and wrong is right.

Aside from that, I'm back on a non-meat diet, after a 2 year hiatus. Also trying to get my Dr. Pepper and ice cream intake back to the levels of a slender man.

Red Meat at least twice a week, fish once a week, plenty of coffee and Mountain Dew, Little Debbie cakes, no more than 6 hours of sleep per night, occasional use of mind-altering substances, and frequent exercise.

So far, so good.

Also, Fish Oil capsules (with omega 3 fatty acids), Folic Acid supplements, and an aspirin a day.
