Annoyed...
My school has a tradition (I suppose you could call it that) where, once a year, people set their roommate up on a blind date (unless, of course, you're lazy like me or you, also like me, your roommate has a girlfriend). I got set up with a friend of mine's roommate for the oh so flattering reason that she was having trouble finding her a date. This was last week, the 'date' went fine, she's nice, but not really my type. Two days ago I happened to be over in that friend's dorm and figured I'd stop by and say hi. Of course who happens to be there alone, but the roommate, and being as ineffectual in social situation as I am, I was roped into conversation. Today I find out that the roommate is all excited because she thinks I like her ...wonderful. It wouldn't be so bad, except for the fact that I would like to spend more time over there because i do like one of the two girls living there, just not that one. Damnit...

If I could offer advice.. Think Ahead.
:::warning:::not for amateurs:::
Go out with the girl you don't really like all that much, and act totally badass. Take her out and make her swoon one time, then don't call her for a while, and go get really drunk (not really drunk). Call her from the campus bar and tell her you need her to pick you up (chances are she'll walk with her friend, or another friend. All you need is a witness). Then, when they get to the bar, make 'em follow you around, and eventually go home with your buddies. The grenade will think you're a jerk, but word will get around that you're "the bad guy" and the next time you see the hottie, she'll all of a sudden have interest in you.
Use this tactic with your own discretion.

I don't think that'll work. They apparently don't rally talk, about anything. My roommate thinks that even if I were to just go and ask out the one I like, she ight not tell her roommate. It just gets better and better...
